The conversation
you came looking for.
A note for those who've written to me seeking coaching, clarity, or a way forward.
Most of the people who write to me arrive asking about coaching. What they are usually reaching for runs a little deeper: clarity on where they actually stand, perspective on the patterns they have grown too close to see, and a steady, discerning voice to think alongside as they decide what comes next.
That is the work I do, and it has a name.
The Sounding Board.
Long before there were instruments, a navigator would lower a weighted line to read the true depth of the water beneath them — a sounding. Together we take a sounding of where you are, find what is creating momentum and what is creating resistance, and chart the course from there. We meet weekly, forty minutes, across ninety days.
Ninety days, three movements.
I hold a small number of these engagements at a time, by application, so each one keeps its depth.
Begin with the First Sounding.
If this is the conversation you were reaching for, take the first step: the First Sounding, a short and honest reflection on where you stand and where you would like to go. Complete it and send it back to me, and if it is a fit, we will begin.
